Outbound · LinkedIn outreach

LinkedIn outreach across multiple accounts.

Across several sender accounts, the agent runs campaigns with connection requests and messages. It tracks acceptance and reply rates and works through the LinkedIn inbox.

  • Coverage: complete
  • 43 tools · 24 of them make changes
What it does

Read and change.

Your agent works with exactly the permissions of the connected account. Read tools are quick to enable. Tools that change data stay off until you explicitly turn them on.

What your agent can read

  • Campaigns with progress, leads and the full sequence.
  • Stats on requests, acceptance rate and replies, overall and per campaign.
  • Sender accounts and their status.
  • Lists and leads with tags, including which campaigns a lead is already in and whether there's already a connection.
  • LinkedIn conversations with all messages.
  • The blacklist.

What your agent can change

  • Create or copy campaigns; set sequence, schedule and senders; start, pause and resume them.
  • Add leads to campaigns and lists, stop and tag them, set personalization fields.
  • Send messages in existing conversations. These are real LinkedIn messages.
  • Add leads and companies to the blacklist; find email addresses.

Only once you enable it, per agent and per tool. If you want, a person also approves each action before it runs.

Use cases

How teams use HeyReach.

Marketing, sales and RevOps run these as recurring routines or on request.

  1. 01

Never contact the same person twice

Before new leads go into a campaign
    1. Check whether the lead is already in a campaign or connected
    2. Match against existing customers and open deals in the CRM
    3. Add matches to the blacklist

ResultThe lists are clean, and nobody gets awkward duplicate requests.

  2. 02

    Hot replies first

    Several times a day
    1. Read new messages
    2. Tag interested leads
    3. Hand off to sales with the conversation history

ResultNo interested contact waits two days for a reply.

  3. 03

    Daily campaign check

    Daily
    1. Review acceptance and reply rates per campaign and sender
    2. Spot outliers
    3. Pause weak campaigns

ResultWeak campaigns are stopped before they strain the sender accounts.

  4. 04

    Set up an account-based campaign

A new target account list is ready
    1. Add the contacts to a list
    2. Copy a campaign that already works
    3. Launch it with personalization fields

ResultThe new campaign builds on one that already works.

Built-in safeguards

  • HeyReach has no permission levels, so the API key always has full access. That's why you control what an agent may do through enabled tools in the Data Hub.
  • By design, an agent can't connect LinkedIn accounts with a password or cookies.
  • If you want, changes only run after a person approves them, for example the team lead: in the Data Hub, in Slack or via a link. On top of that, each agent has daily and hourly limits.
  • Guardrails for every agent: deletes and changes to more than 10 records need approval by default, an emergency brake kicks in on a run of deletes, and you can set your own rules per tool.
  • Each connection has an access level: Read, Write or Admin. Where the vendor allows it, the Data Hub only requests the permissions for that level.
  • Credentials are stored encrypted in the Data Hub, and the agent never sees them. Every call is logged.

What it can't do

  • Only in HeyReach: importing leads from Sales Navigator, Recruiter or event searches, starting new conversations or InMails outside a campaign, AI reply suggestions, voice messages and attachments, and the template library.

What's possible here depends on what HeyReach offers through its API. We make available what the API allows, as ready-made tools or through the generic API request to HeyReach, and we check new API versions regularly.
