Account plans and handoffs without retyping.
Your agent reads and writes your Notion pages and databases: account plans, battlecards, meeting notes, deal handoffs. It only sees the pages you share.
- Coverage: nearly complete
- 24 tools · 13 of them make changes
Read and change.
Your agent works with exactly the permissions of the connected account. Read tools are quick to enable. Tools that change data stay off until you explicitly turn them on.
What your agent can read
- Search across page and database titles.
- Page content as Markdown and every property of a page, long relations included.
- Databases with their columns, queries with filters and sorting, templates.
- Open comments and the people in the workspace.
What your agent can change
- Create pages and database entries, with Markdown or from a template.
- Change properties, and replace content in place or rewrite it.
- Append blocks such as to-do lists, move pages, comment.
- Create databases and add columns.
Only once you enable it, per agent and per tool. If you want, a person also approves each action before it runs.
How teams use Notion.
Marketing, sales and RevOps run these as recurring routines or on request.
- 01
Handoff after the close
A deal is won- Read the deal, contacts and notes from the CRM
- Create a handoff page in the customer database
- Append open points as a to-do list
ResultDelivery and CS start with what sales knows, not with an empty page.
- 02
Keep the account plan current
Before the quarterly review- Read the account plan as Markdown
- Compare it with deals and activities in the CRM
- Replace outdated sections in place
ResultThe plan shows where things stand without anyone retyping it.
- 03
Find knowledge for a call
Before a customer meeting- Search battlecards and case studies
- Read the matching sections
- Write a short briefing with sources
ResultA briefing from your own material, with links to the pages.
Built-in safeguards
- The hub only sees the pages and teamspaces selected at login or shared with the connection.
- Trashing, deleting blocks and deleting columns count as deleting and need approval.
- If you want, changes only run after a person approves them, for example the team lead: in the Data Hub, in Slack or via a link. On top of that, each agent has daily and hourly limits.
- Guardrails for every agent: deletes and changes to more than 10 records need approval by default, an emergency brake kicks in on a run of deletes, and you can set your own rules per tool.
- Each connection has an access level: Read, Write or Admin. Where the vendor allows it, the Data Hub only requests the permissions for that level.
- Credentials are stored encrypted in the Data Hub, and the agent never sees them. Every call is logged.
What it can't do
- Search finds titles, not full text. The API can't delete permanently, only move to the trash.
- Queries stop at 10,000 entries. On the Free plan, the workspace's block limit applies to the API too.
What's possible here depends on what Notion offers through its API. We make available what the API allows, as ready-made tools or through the generic API request to Notion, and we check new API versions regularly.
