History, approvals and knowledge, the same in all four hubs.
History, versions, comments, notifications, tasks and approvals exist for every item in every hub, built once in the GTM Hub's core. On top of that come knowledge cards that people and agents read the same way, and dashboards in a sandboxed frame.
- History with before and after
- Four-eyes approvals
- Knowledge as OKF Markdown

Who changed this, and did it apply back then?
A plan value differs from last week, a definition exists in two versions in two documents, and the approval came by chat. Later, nobody can say what applied when.
What the GTM Hub does.
History, versions, comments, tasks, approvals, knowledge and dashboards, the same in all four hubs.
- 01
History and versions
Every change is in a history that can't be edited, with person, time, channel (UI, API, MCP, agent) and before/after. Assets, reports, dashboards, campaign items, decks, knowledge cards and plan versions have versions you can compare and restore.
- Admins get a log across all hubs, exportable as CSV
- Trash that keeps items for 30 days
- 02
Comments, notifications, search
Comment threads on a text passage or a point in an image, with @mentions of people and teams. Notifications arrive live in the hub, by email (instantly or as a daily digest) and as push notifications on installed devices. Ctrl/Cmd+K searches across all hubs.
- You can only mention people who can see the item
- “For you” start page with tasks, approvals, mentions and changes
- 03
Tasks and approvals
Tasks with a key, status, priority, assignees, decision maker, dependencies and steps, as a list, board or calendar. “Done” only counts once the responsible person confirms it. Approvals are signed and immutable, and the database prevents anyone from approving their own request or version.
- Import up to 300 tasks per call from other systems
- Approvals with a counter, split into agents and people
- 04
Knowledge and knowledge graph
Knowledge cards for facts, rules, decisions, positioning, segments, metrics, data sources, procedures, playbooks and skills. A card becomes valid after an approval, and only people set “reviewed” and “decided”. Contradictions follow a fixed order of precedence.
- Import and export as OKF Markdown
- Knowledge graph with up to 1,500 items and their links
- To get started, the agent reads your website and your CRM fields and proposes first cards
- 05
Dashboards
Standard dashboards for revenue, marketing and sales, and your own dashboards built from HTML with up to 12 Data Hub queries. They run in a sandboxed frame without network access and are precomputed every hour.
- An age indicator next to every query
- Personal visibility: reps see their own rows
- Every view of personal data is logged
What you should know.
- Slack and Teams notifications aren't available in the GTM Hub yet; the Data Hub has them.
- Semantic search is planned. Today the GTM Hub searches full text, with typo tolerance.
- Sign-in with SSO/SAML is planned.
Frequently asked questions.
›Which roles are there?
Per person and hub: edit, read or no access. Teams control who sees which items, with the levels private, teams, everyone and, for dashboards, personal.
›Can we bring knowledge over from other tools?
Yes, as OKF Markdown in a ZIP with up to 5,000 files; links between cards are resolved. Export works in the same format.
›How does a new instance get going?
Your admins get a checklist: branding, Data Hub, agent, knowledge from your website, data model, starter pack and briefing. Role packs for RevOps, demand gen and sales leadership install the matching standard dashboards, as long as their sources are connected.
- AI agent & routinesOne agent in every hub, scheduled routines and MCP for Claude, ChatGPT and Claude Code. Changes only as proposals.
- Revenue HubBusiness plan, plan vs. actual and budget vs. spend with figures from your CRM and ad accounts.
- Teams & rolesOne business unit per team, product line or region, three roles and a daily check of every connection.
