Run Instantly through your agent.
The agent manages campaigns and sequences, sorts replies by interest and finds new leads. Along the way, it keeps an eye on the deliverability of your sending accounts.
- Coverage: complete
- 59 tools · 29 of them make changes
Read and change.
Your agent works with exactly the permissions of the connected account. Read tools are quick to enable. Tools that change data stay off until you explicitly turn them on.
What your agent can read
- Campaigns with schedule, sequences and settings, including why a campaign is or isn't sending.
- Results by campaign, day, step and A/B variant.
- Leads with status and interest, lead lists, labels and tags.
- Every reply in the inbox (Unibox).
- Sending accounts with limits and warmup scores, plus the technical check (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Inbox placement tests: inbox or spam, per email provider.
- In lead search, count matches and preview results.
What your agent can change
- Create, duplicate, launch and pause campaigns; edit copy and sequences.
- Add and move leads and set their interest status; create lists and labels.
- Reply to emails. This sends real emails.
- Configure and pause sending accounts, turn warmup on or off.
- Manage the blocklist, verify email addresses, run placement tests.
- Import and enrich leads from lead search.
Only once you enable it, per agent and per tool. If you want, a person also approves each action before it runs.

Built-in safeguards
- Only an agent you've explicitly given the reply tool can send replies.
- With a read-only API key, Instantly is completely read-only in the Data Hub.
- If you want, changes only run after a person approves them, for example the team lead: in the Data Hub, in Slack or via a link. On top of that, each agent has daily and hourly limits.
- Guardrails for every agent: deletes and changes to more than 10 records need approval by default, an emergency brake kicks in on a run of deletes, and you can set your own rules per tool.
- Each connection has an access level: Read, Write or Admin. Where the vendor allows it, the Data Hub only requests the permissions for that level.
- Credentials are stored encrypted in the Data Hub, and the agent never sees them. Every call is logged.
What it can't do
- Only in Instantly itself: CRM pipeline and tasks, phone/SMS, website visitor tracking, the AI writer, and buying plans or credits.
- New Google or Microsoft inboxes are always connected in the browser.
- You need an Instantly plan with API access.
What's possible here depends on what Instantly offers through its API. We make available what the API allows, as ready-made tools or through the generic API request to Instantly, and we check new API versions regularly.
